Well this post is longer overdue. We had a great visit to then city of Changzhou's water treatment facility. Our city's water supply comes directly from the Yangtzi river and we got to watch the whole process of pulling water from the river directly; the initial stages of filtering; the final stages of purifying; to sending the water out to a storage facility. The whole process was interesting to see and really explained how we get water into our homes.  Great experience!

Here are the great results from our week of diorama making. One side is the extreme environment of students' choice; the other side is a country where you can find that environment. Pretty cool looking projects.

Our class worked together to create a simple list of 3 rules for everyone to follow:

1. Always Be Respectful

2. Always Be Safe

3. Always Listen and Follow Directions

Within these three Class Rules there are examples of other rules that would fall under the same category. These were some examples that students came up with.
